Job summary

Solidheat Industries Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Operations & Marketing Executive to streamline internal processes, manage CRM, and support business development alongside Sales and Marketing.

You will ensure accurate customer data, coordinate across departments, and contribute to marketing execution and LinkedIn growth. This is a new function with room to pioneer processes and grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and business systems.
• Willingness to learn about industrial products, engineering and B2B customers.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Business Operations, CRM Management and Business Development support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to improve information flow.
• Maintain accurate CRM and customer data, capture opportunities and hand over to Sales.
• Support marketing execution, CRM integration, and LinkedIn growth.
• Pioneer and shape processes as this is a new function within Solidheat.
