Job summary

For Youth, a Singapore-founded longevity performance brand, is seeking a Head of Operations to own the operational side and enable scalable growth across products and markets. You will partner with the founder and leadership on supply chain, logistics, regulatory coordination and international launches.

This hands-on leadership role demands commercial acumen, ownership mindset and the ability to implement robust processes while managing day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, supply chain, ecommerce or related consumer roles.
• Strong project-management skills with ability to manage multiple international stakeholders.
• Experience with suppliers, manufacturers, 3PLs or logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain and inventory planning with suppliers to improve availability and forecasting.
• Manage and improve 3PL, logistics and fulfilment setup with Operations & Customer Service Executive.
• Coordinate regulatory processes across markets with external advisors to track requirements and timelines.
• Lead the operational side of international expansion, including logistics, fulfilment and market-entry needs.
• Drive execution of new product launches with production, testing, packaging, freight and launch readiness.
• Build processes, systems and operating routines; identify risks and bottlenecks as the company grows.
• Manage external suppliers, service providers and partners.
• Be the go-to person for operational execution and reduce founder's operational burden.
