STRAWHAT HOKKIEN MEE is seeking a capable operations lead to oversee daily activities at our Singapore food stall. You will ensure health and safety compliance, maintain hygiene, and manage staff performance and scheduling.

Your role includes inventory control, cost reduction, and delivering great customer experiences to drive revenue. You will collaborate with marketing and kitchen teams to refine the menu, monitor KPIs, and implement contingency plans for emergencies.
