The NeighbourWok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly stall helper to support daily food preparation and operations. You will take orders, handle payments, pack and serve food, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards in a fast-paced hawker environment.

Key tasks include stocking, receiving deliveries, assisting with opening/closing duties, and collaborating with the team to deliver a positive customer experience. Previous F&B exposure is a plus, but not required.

Formación

• Experience in F&B or hawker operations is preferred but not required
• Customer-facing roles helpful

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking to support food preparation and stall operations
• Take customer orders and process POS and cashless payments accurately
• Pack dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders with attention to detail
• Serve and hand over food to customers promptly and courteously
• Replenish ingredients, sauces, packaging, and other supplies to maintain smooth operations
• Receive and organise stock deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall, kitchen equipment, and work areas consistently
• Wash utensils, cookware, and equipment as needed to support hygiene standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs to ensure compliance and customer safety
• Provide friendly and polite customer service to enhance customer experience
• Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the stall
• Perform other stall-related duties as assigned to support team operations
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak meal periods
• Collaborate with team members and demonstrate willingness to learn and contribute

Job Summary
