Job summary

Big Hocky Manufacturing and Food Processing is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate all production activities and ensure proper setup, troubleshooting, and timely fulfillment of orders. You will lead a team, schedule staff, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced food processing environment.

We require candidates with at least O Level and 1–3 years in F&B manufacturing, capable of independent work and team collaboration, with a willingness to work a 6-day pattern.

Qualifications

• Possess at least O Level.
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in F&B Manufacturing.
• Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
• Shift Working Hours Pattern; Working day pattern: 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production department activities.
• Ensure proper machining set-up and identify machines for servicing/repair if necessary.
• Perform troubleshooting when errors occur.
• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Production scheduling.
• Staff scheduling.
• Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals.
• Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
• Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production.
• Employee orientation and training.
• Enforce workers’ basic work disciplines and resolve worker’s problems.
• Ensure workplace safety.
• Daily reporting to the management.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
