Job summary

JU HUAT FOOD PTE. LTD. is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily food manufacturing operations, ensuring targets, safety, quality, and efficient manpower deployment. You will monitor processes, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with QA, Warehouse and Maintenance to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and a good understanding of food safety, GMP, HACCP, and SFA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, food production or a related manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime when operationally required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production schedules.
• Monitor output, productivity, wastage and downtime to meet daily targets.
• Ensure products are manufactured to company specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, GMP and SFA requirements.
• Train and supervise production workers on procedures, safety and hygiene.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
