Job summary

CHUAN LECK FOOD INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Production Supervisor to lead and motivate staff on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality and productivity aligned with ISO and food safety standards.

You will update SOPs, maintain Safe Work Procedures, manage daily production schedules, optimise resources and inventory accuracy, and drive continual improvement across the department.

Strong communication in English, Mandarin, Malay and dialect is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience on production floor and team motivation.
• Familiarity with ISO and food safety certification programs.
• Ability to update and implement SOPs for production.
• Experience maintaining Safe Work Procedures and workplace safety.
• Knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling.

Job description

To lead and motivate all staffs on the production floor and ensure compliance to all aspect of Safety, Quality (including ISO and food safety) and Productivity.

• To update and implement operational procedures for production in compliance to ISO and food safety certification program requirements.
• To maintain and update the Safe Work Procedures as well as ensuring the work place is safe.
• To ensure completion of planned activities according to the daily production schedule and ensure optimization of resources.
• To maintain and update inventory accuracy in line with sales demands
• To improve the existing working method and maintain all equipment.
• To achieve the department Goal with quality output.
• To lead the staff force for Continual Improvement.
• Must process good communication skills (able to converse in English, Mandarin, Malay & dialect)
• Must process minimum Level 1 Food Safety Certification.
