ALPAQ SEAFOOD PROCESSING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Fish Processor to prepare fish by trimming, cutting, filleting and portioning according to customer orders. The role requires safe operation of processing equipment and a focus on quality, hygiene and stock control.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, cold seafood environment and demonstrate good teamwork and communication skills. Experience in fish cutting or seafood/meat processing is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Remove bones, skin and scales while minimizing wastage.
• Cut, fillet and portion fish according to customer orders.
• Operate knives, saws and fish processing equipment safely.
• Check fish quality and freshness.
• Pack and store processed fish properly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with stock control and other duties as assigned.
