You will operate processing equipment, monitor processes, and ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and company requirements. Prior experience is an asset; willingness to work shifts and maintain high quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing or production is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, overtime and public holidays when required.
• Good teamwork, reliability and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor food processing and packaging equipment according to SOPs.
• Prepare, process, portion, and package food products per production schedules.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Sort, weigh, label and pack food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or production irregularities.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of materials.
• Record production data and complete documentation accurately.
• Support inventory handling and FIFO stock rotation.
• Work with supervisors and team to meet production targets.
• Participate in routine cleaning, maintenance and continuous improvement.

Job Title: Food Processing Worker

Job Summary The Food Processing Worker is responsible for assisting in the production, processing, packaging, and handling of food products while maintaining quality, food safety, and hygiene standards. The role involves operating processing equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing and packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures.

• Prepare, process, portion, and package food products in accordance with production schedules.

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Perform sorting, weighing, labeling, and packing of food products.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and production areas.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.

• Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or production irregularities to supervisors.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.

• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.

• Support inventory handling and stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

• Participate in routine cleaning, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Secondary school education or equivalent preferred.
