Qualifications

• Experience in food packing and packaging processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP/GMP principles is a plus.
• Ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards in food handling.

Responsibilities

• Pack airline meals, snacks, and beverages accurately according to flight schedules and specifications.
• Portion, label, and seal food items correctly to meet airline standards.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards by complying with HACCP and GMP protocols.
• Inspect food quality, freshness, and presentation before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow airline-specific catering guidelines and loading instructions precisely.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and packing areas to uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing inventory and reducing food waste through careful handling.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet flight departure schedules.
