We are a growing local F&B company looking for young & mature individuals who are willing to embark on an exciting journey with us.

Working days: 6 work days

Key roles and responsibilities

• Rostering
• Manage outlet sales target
• Provide training to Front Counter Service Crew
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene and cleanliness of outlet.
• Cashiering roles
• Heat up Pau, Dim Sums
• Pack takeaway orders for walk-in customers and food deliveries
• Ensure daily smooth operation
• Service with a smile

You should possess:

• A positive attitude (we only want people who takes on roles and responsibilities readily, are honest and are willing to learn.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
