Job summary

YEW KEE COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Food Court Manager to direct daily operations, ensure SOP compliance, and oversee service standards across multiple outlets.

You will lead tenant relationships, recruit and supervise staff, monitor sales, and coordinate rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B or related field.
• 3 years experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Retain 100% stall occupancy through effective tenant management.
• Source new tenants to provide good variety of food to customers.
• Advise and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency.
• Ensure tenants adhere to the hygiene SOP.
• Monitor daily sales of assigned outlet.
• Assist with operational duties as and when required.
• Attend to customer & tenant queries/feedback promptly.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff.
