Job summary

FINE FOOD F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable operations supervisor to lead a busy food court, ensuring smooth daily performance and adherence to SOPs. You will oversee tenant relations, recruit and train staff, and monitor sales while upholding service standards.

The role requires a diploma in F&B, 3 years in operations, and strong leadership and communication skills. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B or related field.
• 3 years in F&B operations, supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage food court according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Retain 100% stall occupancy through effective tenant management
• Source new tenants to provide good variety of food to customers
• Advice and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
• Ensure respective tenants adhere to the hygiene SOP
• Monitor daily sales of assigned outlet
• Assist with operational duties as and when required
• Attend to customer and tenant queries/feedback promptly
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff
