Job summary

Heritage Hospitality Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Friendly F&B Service Attendant to ensure guests receive outstanding service and great experiences through consistent standards and proactive hospitality.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests warmly, efficient service, and maintaining cleanliness and station readiness throughout shifts. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of F&B service experience and a tertiary education qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary education with minimum 1 year experience in F&B service

Responsibilities

• Undertake restaurant operational tasks which includes taking of food & beverages orders
• Display of excellent customer service at all times, greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Create great customer experience and attentive towards the customers and their queries
• Ensure prompt serving and clearing of plates after guests complete dining
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the restaurant
• Support manager in ensuring station is well maintained and well stocked
• Any other tasks/duties as assigned by Supervisor.
