Job summary

BROADWAY F&B MANAGEMENT PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee financial planning, manpower management, sales coordination and overall operations across its food and beverage outlets, with a focus on efficiency and guest experience. You will prepare manpower costing, support recruitment, analyze data, monitor daily sales, and ensure SOPs are followed.

A diploma in F&B and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; willingness to travel to outlets is required and you will

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B related subject required or advantageous.
• Experience in F&B industry is an added advantage.
• Hands-on and positive learning attitude.
• Willing to work 5.5-day week and travel to outlets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and improve manpower utilization across outlets.
• Prepare analysis reports and data analysis.
• Assist in recruitment and conduct interviews for outlet staff.
• Conduct appraisals for outlet staff.
• Evaluate trainings conducted to outlet staff.
• Upkeep TMS & SAP system.
• Ensure SOP in place and staff execute it across outlets.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions.
• Identify solutions to improve sales by redeploying manpower hours.
• Track daily sales and coordinate with supervisor to meet targets.
• Reassess sales targets monthly according to demand.

About the role

Operations Executive role focused on financial planning, manpower management, sales coordination, and operational oversight across food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot any manpower cost discrepancies
• Prepare analysis reports and data analysis
• Assist in recruitment and conduct interviews for outlet staffs
• Conduct appraisals for outlet staff
• Evaluate on trainings conducted to the outlet staff
• Upkeep TMS & SAP system
• Ensure SOP in place and ensure the staff execute it across the outlets accordingly
• Troubleshoot the operational issues and provide solutions to the problems
• Identify solutions to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours
• Keep track of daily sales and coordinate with In-charged/Supervisor to ensure the sales target is met
• Reassess the sales target monthly and adjust it according to outlet demand and potential
• Resolve all outlets issues such as maintenance, IT equipment etc
• Work with Admin Coordinator on getting the required data and follow up actions
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior
