Job summary

Joyous Circle Entertainment Pte. Ltd. seeks a capable Operations Manager to oversee daily F&B operations, drive service excellence, and optimize profitability.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure premium guest experiences. The role requires at least 2 years in F&B operations and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in F&B operations.
• Ability to stand long hours and work flexible roster including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service, optimal seating management, and premium guest hospitality.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor frontline service crews and supervisory staff; establish high morale and cultivate a strong team-player culture.
• Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement, manage inventory stock counts, minimize wastage, and maintain professional relationships with key F&B suppliers.
• Customer Relations: Proactively engage with guests, handle escalations with a solution-oriented mindset, and leverage feedback to elevate service quality.
