Job summary

Internetwork Expert in Singapore seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining outlets, bar operations, and banquet services. You will ensure exceptional service, maintain health and safety standards, and drive profitability across F&B departments.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and inventory, train staff on SOPs and product knowledge, and coordinate events with cross-functional teams. Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: 10+ years in front-of-house F&B management in hotel, resort, or high-volume venues.
• Financial Acumen: Budgeting, P&L analysis, cost controls, inventory management.
• Technical Proficiency: POS platforms, property management systems, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Leadership & Compliance: Team leadership, staff development, health and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards across dining outlets, bar, and banquets.
• Conduct daily inspections for quality and presentation of beverages and food.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate events and promotions.
• Prepare annual F&B budgets and monitor monthly costs and inventory.
• Lead scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Enforce FSMS and company policies, safety rules, and SOPs.
