AMIRA COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a front-of-house host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and maintain a polished dining environment in a fast-paced F&B setting.

You will assist with menu promotions, guest enquiries, and collaborate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations. Ideal candidates are energetic, confident, well-presented, and guest-focused, with strong communication skills, including Chinese-speaking customers.

Formación

• Energetic and outgoing with guests and a warm, engaging presence.
• Confident and engaging with guests, including Chinese-speaking customers.
• Presentable, professional appearance and demeanor on shift.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced F&B environment and handling multiple tasks.
• F&B hospitality experience preferred; night shifts, weekends and public holidays available.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage guests, creating a memorable dining experience.
• Manage reservations, seating, guest enquiries and front-of-house operations.
• Maintain polished dining environment and presentation.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Promote menu items and support sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle POS transactions and basic cashiering duties.
