Job summary

MISS G'S FINE CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Front of House (FOH) / Service Crew member in Singapore to deliver warm, attentive service from arrival to departure. You will manage guest interactions, take orders via POS, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area in line with hygiene standards.

Applicants should be ready to work in a fast-paced setting, with basic English communication and an emphasis on hospitality. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Open to entry-level with a service mindset.
• F&B or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Basic English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, manage walk-ins, and seating.
• Present menus, explain options, and suggest recommendations.
• Take orders via POS and relay to kitchen/bar accurately.
• Serve dishes and beverages, clear tables, and reset areas.
• Handle payments (cash, NETS, credit cards, PayNow/QR) at POS.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, stock, and cleanliness.
