Job summary

SGET SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly service crew member to greet guests, show menus, take orders, and deliver courteous food and beverage service according to established standards.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, a customer‑oriented, positive attitude, and good teamwork. Prior F&B experience is preferred but not required; staff meals and uniforms are provided, with opportunities for progression to Senior Service Staff or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• F&B service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Customer-oriented, positive attitude and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests professionally, provide menus, and introduce signature dishes.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide food and beverage service according to established service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, table settings, and service stations.
• Promote menu items and ongoing promotions to customers.
