Job summary

The Dandy Collection is seeking fun, reliable team players to join our hospitality group in Singapore. You will project the right brand, take orders, and deliver attentive service to guests across Neon Pigeon, Firangi Superstar and Fat Prince.

Join us to ensure a memorable guest experience, handle cash, and coordinate with bar and kitchen to accommodate dietary needs and menu options. Prioritise accuracy, warmth and teamwork to excel in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Fun, reliable and personable team players who enjoy guest interaction.
• Able to take and serve food and beverage orders with attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing cash receipts and handling guest checks.
• Willing to liaise with bar and kitchen to meet dietary needs and menu options.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for the restaurant in projecting the right brand/vibe.
• Taking food & beverage orders from guests.
• Serving food & beverage to tables, paying extreme attention to detail.
• Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner.
• Assessing customer preferences and making food & beverage recommendations.
• Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience.
• Balancing cash receipts and tendering guest checks.
• Complying with all food and beverage regulations.
• Maintaining high attention to sections and tables.
• Assisting with turning tables during service, getting ready for the next seating.
• Breaking down and resetting of the venue after service, ready for the next service period.
• Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for all dietary requirements.
• Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for available menu selection.
