Job summary

The Lo & Behold Group in Singapore creates and operates a collection of timeless hospitality concepts, each with a story and distinct perspective on the cultural-culinary landscape. The team is passionate about shaping the city and grooming the next generation of hospitality leaders.

The group provides training and development, medical and insurance coverage, employee dining discounts, celebrations for milestones, and long-service sabbaticals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to all guests
• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations
• Serving and explaining of dishes
• Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistencyunder pressure
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually impeccable dining environment
• Handle guest feedback with empathy, ownership, and professionalism
• Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness
• Preparing beverages (alcohol & non alcoholic (coffee, tea, mocktails etc) )

Key Responsibilities
