Job summary

LinkEdge International in Singapore is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, inventory control and system updates.

You will supervise a team, ensure FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation, and collaborate with procurement and sales, while enforcing safety standards. The role demands 44 hours/5.5 days per week and involves liaising with ERP systems and audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Hands-on with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
• Good understanding of Workplace Safety & Health practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transport and logistics teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and suppliers on stock matters.
