COL33 PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily warehouse operations, allocate manpower, and ensure accurate checking and recording of all goods. You will monitor stock levels, enforce FIFO/FEFO, and support monthly stocktakes with the Finance team.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Food/FMCG experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse operations and leadership.
• Proven ability to supervise and allocate staff.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock rotation.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, checking, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage manpower according to daily workload and delivery requirements.
• Ensure accurate checking and recording of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and enforce FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
• Support monthly stocktake with Finance and conduct regular stock checks.
• Identify and correct stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and wastage.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared on time for delivery.
• Coordinate with Drivers, Logistics, Procurement, Sales and Production teams.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and proper storage practices.
