Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a driven field sales professional to manage sales activities within an assigned territory focused on licensed retail outlets. You will drive revenue growth, maintain customer relationships, ensure product availability, and support market expansion in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience, a valid Class 3 driving license, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales or a similar field sales role.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing retail accounts.
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a busy environment.
• Strong teamwork skills demonstrated through effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and responsible with a consistent follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process within the assigned territory for licensed retail outlets to drive revenue growth.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure timely and effective product distribution and maintain attractive in-store merchandising to boost sales.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and implement proper stock rotation to maintain product freshness.
• Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate financial and sales records.
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends, to inform sales strategies.
• Identify and execute small-scale in-store marketing activities to increase product visibility and consumer engagement.
• Support the expansion of product range within the territory to improve market coverage and sales opportunities.
