SHENG SHENG F & B INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Lead to drive field sales execution and manage a merchandiser and sales-representative team in Singapore. You will develop KPIs, monitor performance, and coach staff across executives, supervisors and merchandisers.

Lead retailer relationships and trade activations, gather feedback for improvements, and coordinate with stock planners to ensure timely deliveries across brands.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent business, sales, or marketing background.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Develop KPIs and tracking mechanisms for levels within the operations team.
• Review and optimize sales team coverage to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to executives, supervisors, sales reps and merchandisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retailers at store and area levels to support promotions.
• Gather feedback on trade activations and recommend improvements for future runs.
• Lead negotiations for space-buy renewals and new placements.
• Coordinate with retailer inventory planners to ensure optimal stock levels across brands.
• Work with warehouses and retailers’ distribution centres to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with Key Account and Trade Marketing teams to ensure high standards of execution for trade activities and 4Ps strategies.
