Job summary

Cheil Singapore is seeking a Retail Field Operations Manager to oversee field promoters and HR agency coordination across multiple locations. You will ensure compliance with brand standards, regulate attendance and performance, and drive effective field communications.

The role requires extensive experience in field-force management within mobile/electronics sectors, strong English skills, and the ability to collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 7+ years managing field teams or promoters in electronics/mobile sectors.
• Advanced English; Korean language skills beneficial for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field force activities to ensure attendance, professionalism and performance.
• Coordinate with HR agency and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor promoter performance and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with Cheil policies, procedures and brand guidelines.
• Maintain alignment with labor laws and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR agencies on recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Lead training initiatives with internal teams to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
• Manage scheduling, attendance and punctuality of field promoters across locations.
• Provide regular performance updates and field operation reports to management.
