Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management leader to drive both hard and soft services, ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, and uphold regulatory compliance across sites. You will coach a team of Facilities Executives, oversee budgeting, and manage contractor performance to achieve operational excellence.

You will analyse data trends (Power BI) to identify issues and spearhead continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and site mobilisations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years FM experience with team leadership and contractor management.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building maintenance, statutory compliance, WSH, budgeting and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Facilities Executives, providing coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily FM operations including hard services (M&E, building works) and soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control).
• Monitor project KPIs, SLAs, budgets, contractor performance and service delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Review quotations, manage budgets and claims, and support annual budget planning.
• Ensure statutory compliance, WSH requirements, licensing, certifications and regulatory inspections.
• Analyse operational data (e.g., Power BI) to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement through smart FM technologies, sustainability, and operational enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, conduct regular review meetings, and oversee site mobilisation and handover.

• Review quotations, manage budgets and claims, and support annual budget planning.
• Ensure statutory compliance, WSH requirements, licensing, certifications, and regulatory inspections (e.g. EMA, lifts, gas, PSI, façade inspections, water tank maintenance).
