Job summary

The Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd role focuses on supporting FM quality and operational excellence across assigned accounts, with emphasis on soft services, audits and contractor performance. The incumbent will develop FM schedules, conduct routine inspections, analyse findings and drive CAPA actions.

Responsibilities include preparing audit reports, monitoring contractor performance, maintaining QMS documentation and coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in FM operations, auditing, quality management or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of soft services such as cleaning, landscaping and pest control would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
