Job summary

Far East Flora.com Pte Ltd is seeking an organized Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator to help keep our flowers, gifts and seasonal collections flowing smoothly. You will collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Warehouse and suppliers to ensure timely availability of products and materials.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, coordinating with local suppliers, monitoring stock levels and supporting seasonal campaigns such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or an administrative role.
• Diploma in Business, SCM, Logistics or related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook; ERP experience is a plus.
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders for flowers, gifting products, F&B products, packaging materials and other operational supplies.
• Coordinate with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of purchase requirements.
• Monitor purchase order status and follow up with suppliers to minimise supply disruptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and aid in forecasting for major seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Warehouse to support launches and daily requirements.
