Job summary

Far East Flora Market is seeking a Client Experience Officer to help customers across WhatsApp, phone, email and walk-ins, ensuring a warm, helpful and seamless experience at every touchpoint.

You will coordinate orders with internal teams, support daily sales and after‑sales issues, and assist during peak seasons and events, contributing to a growing local business with a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations is a bonus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and a warm, professional manner.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

At Far East Flora Market, we work closely with florists, event planners, businesses, and everyday flower lovers from all over Singapore. From wholesale flower operations to creative events and seasonal activations, no two days here are exactly the same.

We are looking for someone dependable, warm, and hands‑on to join our team as a Client Experience Officer.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems calmly, and working in a fast‑paced environment where communication and teamwork matter.

What You'll Be Doing
