Job summary

CHAO YUAN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the floor team in delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence.

You will manage staff, monitor performance, coordinate shifts, train and coach, ensure cleanliness and safety, and work with senior management to achieve sales targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, or related industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

Requirements
