Job summary

Airbus Asia Training Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Flight Training Operations Specialist/Manager to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for flight crew training courses. You will ensure high-quality training delivery and customer satisfaction at AATC in Singapore.

The role requires managing registrations, regulatory approvals, documentation, and coordination across internal departments and customers to guarantee smooth training execution and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in aviation/aerospace/aeronautical fields with 2-3 year working experience.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a multicultural / multinational setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Understanding of CAAS and/or EASA flight crew licensing regulations advantageous.
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity obligations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.
• Check and ensure trainees fulfil prerequisites during registration and regulatory approvals before training.
• Prepare grade sheets, course materials, and relevant training paperwork for the Training department.
• Conduct welcome briefings and monitor trainee progress for remote learning courses.
• Provide regular updates to customers’ training department on trainees’ progress.
• Collaborate with Planning, Training, Maintenance, Quality, Customer Experience and Commercial teams on operational matters.
• Manage training disruptions and changes to course programmes with internal departments and customers.
• Prepare certificates, licensing paperwork and organise training records upon completion.
