Job summary

Airbus Asia Training Centre Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Ground Instructor to lead pilots' ground training and ensure mastery of aircraft systems and performance knowledge.

You will deliver lectures, develop examination questions, and assess progress of crews converting to Airbus aircraft using simulators and training devices, while maintaining instructor competencies in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pilots have reached the standard level of knowledge and passed the final systems and performance exams
• Provide lectures to the pilots, develop and review examination questions
• Instruct Airlines crews converting to Airbus aircraft on all operational and technical aspects for a particular type of aircraft, using all equipment: FBS, FTD, APT+, Mock-ups
• Evaluate the crews’ progression regarding the aircrafts systems knowledge within the predetermined time scale of the course
• Maintain the required Instructor Competencies performance
