Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a Second Officer to support the Captain and flight crew, ensuring safe and on‑time flights across our network from pushback to touchdown. You will combine technical discipline with Scoot’s spirit to deliver a smooth journey for our guests.

Responsibilities include assisting with flight planning, performance, systems monitoring and fuel management, executing checklists and SOPs, and maintaining high safety standards while upholding the Scootitude in every operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 300 hours total flight time as a pilot.
• For foreign licence holders: at least 100 hours PIC.
• CAAS ATPL + MEIR or ICAO ATPL + MEIR with current Proficiency Check and required validity.
• ICAO English Level 4+ and Class 1 unrestricted medical.
• Legally entitled to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship provided where applicable.
• Willingness to learn, strong team spirit, confidence and composure; Scootitude.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 300 hours total flight time as a pilot of aeroplanes.
• For foreign licence holders: at least 100 hours PIC.
• Licence: CAAS ATPL + MEIR with ≥ 3 months’ validity, or ICAO ATPL + MEIR + current Proficiency Check with ≥ 6 months’ validity (foreign licences must undergo conversion).
• ICAO English Level 4+ and Class 1 unrestricted medical approved by CAMB.
• Legally entitled to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship support provided where applicable.
• Keen willingness to learn, strong team spirit, confidence, maturity and composure—plus a good sense of humour and that distinctive Scootitude.
• Commitment to complete type rating training under a co‑payment and training‑bond arrangement.

Training and progression

Successful candidates will be trained to the applicable aircraft type rating under Scoot’s structured program, with a co‑payment and training bond. You’ll gain exposure to a dynamic, multi‑sector operation and the foundations for future progression.
