Job summary

Trax is hiring a Product Specialist in Singapore to learn our products, develop documentation, train customers and resolve technical issues. You will work closely with programming, QA, technical writing and IT teams to ensure smooth implementations and strong customer service.

The role requires aviation knowledge, strong communication skills and willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business or related field with 3–5 years in aviation ops or software implementations.
• Experience with Trax or similar aviation maintenance software.
• Excellent English skills; multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between airline customers and programming team (Help Desk).
• Identify, research and resolve technical/software problems.
• Track and monitor customer issues for timely resolution.
• Document customer specifications with Development Team.
• Test software changes and report issues to engineering.
