Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a driven SEM professional in Singapore to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including ad copy, bidding, CPC, CPA, and keyword research. You will develop strategies, analyze data, and report findings to improve performance.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to work with multiple marketing systems. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are preferred, with opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing Advertisement campaign components including Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research.
• Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Track funds in account and maintain conversation.
• Explore automation capabilities to enhance SEM efforts.
• Other duties as assigned by management to support Quality Management System.
