Job summary

TDCX, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a dynamic candidate to manage and optimize advertisement campaign components across digital channels. You’ll perform keyword research, adjust bids, monitor cost per conversion, and prepare data-driven recommendations to boost performance.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a Bachelor's degree and strong English communication. You’ll join a global team, leverage multiple systems, and contribute to innovative online marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong communicative skills and sales orientation.
• Interest in online marketing and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing advertisement campaign components (Bid Prices, CPC, CPA, keywords).
• Create and implement campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
• Produce performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Track funds in accounts and ensure proper optimization.
• Implement automation capabilities to enhance SEM efforts.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management to support quality execution.
