Job summary

TDCX Group in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing – SEM Specialist to join our growing team. You will manage and optimize existing advertisement campaign components, including ad copy, bids, CPC, and keyword research, to drive performance for our clients.

You will also develop and implement campaign strategies, generate performance reports with actionable recommendations, and explore automation technologies to enhance SEM efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 2 years of experience in related field preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Flair for selling creative market solutions.
• Excellent English and supporting market language communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Ad campaigns including ad copy, bid prices, CPC, CPA, and keyword research.
• Create and implement campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
• Produce performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Track funds in accounts and maintain conversions.
• Identify and deploy automation technologies to enhance SEM.
• Undertake other duties as assigned to support the quality management system.
