Job summary

LCH Quantity Surveying Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You will manage end-to-end project activities, including cost planning, tendering, and contract administration.

With a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 2 years of industry experience (fresh graduates welcome with training), you will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to cost control, progress claims, and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.
• Familiar with tendering, cost planning and variation orders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

• Prepare cost estimates and tender documents
• Handle tendering, evaluation, and contract administration
• Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control
