Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years relevant experience, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Well-versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Director/Contracts Manager in overseeing project QS.
• Prepare and monitor project cost budget and cash-flow.
• Source and liaise with site personnel, suppliers, and consultants.
