Job summary

Premier Advisory - Andrew Ang is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to support the recruitment lifecycle in Singapore. You will attract suitable candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews, ensuring every applicant has a clear, professional experience.

You will work closely with a collaborative team to manage job postings, candidate communications, and pipeline development, with a focus on timely outcomes and quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident currently based in Singapore
• Possess a local Diploma, GCE A-Levels, or a recognised overseas Degree
• Organised, responsible and consistent with follow-ups
• Comfortable making phone calls and engaging potential candidates
• Able to communicate information clearly and accurately
• Recruitment, customer service or events experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Draft and publish job advertisements across approved platforms
• Source and engage potential candidates through suitable channels
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate suitability
• Prepare concise candidate summaries for the hiring manager
• Arrange Zoom and face-to-face interviews
• Follow up with candidates and provide timely application updates
• Coordinate candidate participation in recruitment activities and events
• Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records
• Track applications, interviews, offers and successful hires
