Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an in-house legal assistant to support the legal team on contract matters in Singapore.

The role focuses on contract administration, drafting and review, and database management, with exposure to cross-border agreements and internal stakeholder liaison. You will conduct legal research, prepare formal correspondence, and assist in filings while handling ad hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of paralegal or contract management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal administrative support to the legal team, with a focus on legal contract matters
• Administer and maintain databases of legal documents and agreements
• Assist in proofreading, drafting and reviewing various legal contracts, business agreement, formal correspondence, and legal filings
• Liaise with other departments, overseas counterparts, and external parties where necessary
• Assist in conducting legal research
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
