Taylor Root seeks an experienced Paralegal to support the APAC Legal team on Employment matters in Singapore. You will draft and review employment and related contracts, coordinate signing workflows, and maintain up-to-date legal databases.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Legal Studies or relevant degree with 4+ years in similar roles, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with contract management tools, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Legal Studies or a relevant degree; at least 4 years’ experience in paralegal, legal executive, or contract manager roles within a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; proficiency with contract management tools, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and basic AI tools.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The role

• Working alongside highly regarded lawyers on a broad range of employment and corporate matters: drafting and reviewing employment and related contracts and agreements, coordinating signing workflows across contracting parties, and maintaining up-to-date legal databases

About you

• Diploma in Legal Studies or a relevant degree, with at least 4 years’ experience in similar roles (paralegal, legal executive, contract manager) within a law firm or in-house legal department
