Qualifications

• Professional and Technical Degree with at least 3-4 years of related banking experience.
• Knowledge of account documentation requirements in Private Banking.
• Aptitude for MS Office software applications.

Responsibilities

• Review account documents submitted by Relationship Managers.
• Ensure accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track and escalate document deficiencies according to procedure.
• Process amendments on accounts accurately and on time.
• Provide quality service to internal clients (Relationship Managers and Assistants).
• Support other departments (e.g., signature verification, information retrieval).
• Participate in user acceptance testing and contribute to process improvements.
