The Client Onboarding SG – Documentation Officer is a key member of the team within Private Banking. He/she is to work proactively with the business, and other internal functions in the review of the account opening documentation. He/she is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the account opening, as well as the efficient handling of enquiries, escalating to senior colleagues where necessary.
