Level Up Games is seeking a hands-on Retail Operations Assistant in Singapore to support day-to-day operations across inventory management, stock receiving, order fulfilment, freight coordination, preorders, and events. The role involves updating stock across online platforms and coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and customers to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify against PO/invoices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Update product listings and stock status across Shopify, Shopee, eBay, and other platforms.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or pickup; ensure accuracy.
