Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an Assistant Manager, Bus Digital Asset Management to help develop data-driven maintenance strategies and optimise the fleet lifecycle. You will work with Bus Operators and stakeholders to translate challenges into AI-enabled solutions and to monitor performance across BMMS and related platforms.

The role involves supporting ISO 55001/9001 compliance, driving predictive maintenance initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning for Singapore's 6,000-bus

Qualifications

Knowledge of engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronic, Computer).
Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience advantageous.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems and data analytics tools.
Experience with Tableau/Power BI/Python; ISO 55001 and 9001 awareness is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing data-driven maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle planning.
Support maintenance management systems and performance dashboards.
Contribute to policy development on renewal and replacement of components.
Collaborate with Bus Operators and stakeholders to translate operational challenges into analytics solutions.
