Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) invites applications for the Deputy/Assistant Manager, Bus Digital Asset Management. You will support data-driven asset management for the Singapore bus fleet, driving AI-enabled maintenance solutions and lifecycle optimization.

Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in asset management or maintenance planning is advantageous. The role emphasizes collaboration with operators and stakeholders to enhance fleet reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior asset management experience is a plus.
Knowledge of maintenance management systems and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Python) and ISO 55001/9001 is advantageous.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities; good communication and IT proficiency.
Proactive, self-motivated, capable of managing multiple stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and adopting asset management practices for fleet optimisation and lifecycle cost reduction.
Support AI-enabled solutions and data-driven insights for maintenance and renewal decisions.
Assist in ISO 55001 and ISO 9001 compliance and documentation.
Contribute to performance monitoring for new technologies and electric bus initiatives.
Support asset lifecycle analyses and replacement planning to minimise downtime.
Assist in building business continuity and knowledge management frameworks.
