Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks a professional to lead maintenance and lifecycle management of active mobility assets, including footpaths and cycling paths. You will drive digitalisation, AI-enabled inspection platforms and data-driven maintenance strategies to improve asset performance and safety.

The role involves reviewing designs, guiding development projects, and coordinating with public agencies and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of works.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities/Infrastructure Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI applications, digital asset management, GIS and data analytics is a plus.
• Understanding asset lifecycle management and active mobility infrastructure is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, inspection and lifecycle planning of active mobility assets (footpaths, cycling paths, pedestrian infrastructure).
• Ensure safety and operability through condition assessments, rectification and audits.
• Prepare tender specs and technical requirements for maintenance works.
• Supervise contractors to ensure safe, compliant on-site execution.
• Review designs and provide technical guidance on development projects affecting paths and amenities.
